A Sippable Cinnamon Roll! (A Smoothie)

Nothing says cozy quite like cinnamon. And nothing says convenient quite like a smoothie. Combine the two and add in something as indulgent as a cinnamon roll and you’ve got this here smoothie!

Usually, cinnamon rolls conjure up memories of unbuttoning pants (because of bloating) and feelings of guilt to the max, but this smoothie-able cinnamon roll conjures up the opposite (is that proper grammar?). The easily digestible plant protein from the yogurt and Sunwarrior protein powder plus the blood-sugar balancing cinnamon, the fiber from rolled oats, and the natural sweetness from bananas and coconut sugar make this smoothie a delight to your bod as well as your buds. Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup vanilla dairy-free yogurt
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or 1 pitted Medjool date)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Classic protein

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender
  2. BLEND!
