Usually, cinnamon rolls conjure up memories of unbuttoning pants (because of bloating) and feelings of guilt to the max, but this smoothie-able cinnamon roll conjures up the opposite (is that proper grammar?). The easily digestible plant protein from the yogurt and Sunwarrior protein powder plus the blood-sugar balancing cinnamon, the fiber from rolled oats, and the natural sweetness from bananas and coconut sugar make this smoothie a delight to your bod as well as your buds. Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup vanilla dairy-free yogurt
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or 1 pitted Medjool date)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Classic protein
