A Cool-Down Pina Colada Chia Pudding!

Cool down this summer with a cool-down Pina colada chia pudding! Seriously! You’ve never tasted awesome until you’ve tasted this!

In the warm weather, chia pudding is my go-to snack to the max. Chia pudding is terrifically high in fiber and protein, which means that chia pudding can fill you up big time, (which can mean that you’ll have less room to eat big time and more ability to slip into skimpy warm-weather clothes.)

Chia pudding is also an energizing treat, which’ll give you more gusto to stay up for those extra-long sunny days.

Chia pudding (and the seeds in general) are also full of one of all of our favorite things: antioxidants! Which is great for keeping our immune system strong so we can live every day to the fullest.

One of the coolest, most unique things about chia seeds is they can absorb up to 10 times their own weight in water! This makes them one heck-of-a healthy hydration hack.

There are endless ways to flavor chia pudding, but one of my favorite ways to enjoy it in the sweet summertime is as a pretend Pina Colada!


A Cool-Down Pina Colada Chia Pudding!

Prep Time
Total Time


  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple, chopped into small chunks
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sweetener, to taste (stevia, maple syrup, monk fruit, honey, agave, etc.)


  1. In a jar, add all the ingredients.
  2. Use a fork to stir the chia pudding so the chia seeds don’t clump together.
  3. Screw your lid onto your jar and place the pudding in your fridge.
  4. About 10 minutes later get back into your jar and stir it again with a fork.
  5. Let it sit in the fridge for at least another 30 minutes and then stir again and enjoy!
