5 Exercise Circuit Training Routine

In this demonstration, fitness trainer Tim McComsey shows us a circuit routine with 5 exercises designed to raise your heart rate. Perform the following exercises 3 times, moving immediately into the next exercise without taking a break.

Begin with the squat shoulder press. Next, rest the bar across the back and perform lunges. Then it's on to the reverse lunge. Next, bring the bar back in front of you and perform a bicep curl into a shoulder press with your palms facing in. The last exercise is the front squat. Rest for one minute before doing it all again. This is a fantastic routine if you want to burn calories and get fit for the summertime. So grab a barbell and get ready to sweat.
