3 Ingredient Pumpkin Chia Pudding

Her simple, three ingredient pumpkin spiced chia pudding will have you and your guests feeling satisfied and happy. All you need is pumpkin spice coconut milk, chia seeds, and coconut whip cream. That’s it.

Don’t have pumpkin spice coconut milk at the ready or it’s out of season? Try this recipe with chocolate mint coconut milk or actually any chocolate nut milk you prefer. It will be just as good, just a little different flavor. Enjoy yourselves out there and eat well. Your food is part of your inner style.


Pumpkin Chia Pudding

1 serving


  • 1/2 cup pumpkin Spice Coconut Milk
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons chia Seeds
  • 1 dollop coconut whip cream


Mix the first two well, let them sit in the fridge for 30 minutes up to a couple hours, top with a dollop of cream and enjoy the deliciousness. Marzia also suggests you use an opaque bowl. This won’t be the prettiest dessert, unless you count taste as a beauty trait.
