Did you just absolutely love day one of Koya’s 10 day smoothie detox challenge? Are you ready for day two? Good. Here ya go. If peaches are your perfect passion, get ready for a mouthful of melodious magnitude!


10 Day Smoothie Detox: Day 2 - Peach Perfection with Koya Webb

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 8 ounces filtered water
  • 2 sprigs basil
  • 1 kale leaf
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 inch ginger
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 drops stevia
  • 2 tablespoons Warrior Blend vanilla protein


Start this smoothie by adding bananas to your blender mug. Add frozen peaches, and 8 ounces of filtered water. For your greens, throw in some basil and kale. Add a dash of salt, some ginger, and some cayenne. Add turmeric, and to help absorption, add some black pepper. To help curb your appetite, add cinnamon. Finish up with vanilla and stevia or your favorite sweetener. Throw in your protein powder (one scoop if drinking before a workout, or two scoops if drinking after a workout). Blend, boogie, pour, drink, and enjoy. Koya’s goal is to eat 5 fruits and 5 veggies every day. This smoothie is a great way to get half of those in.
