10 Day Smoothie Detox: Day 1 - Very Berry with Koya Webb

Day one of Koya's detox challenge! We’ll kick it off with a very berry smoothie to be peaceful, happy, and whole!
Koya’s back with her first smoothie of the 10 day smoothie detox challenge, and she does not disappoint. If you like berries, you’re gonna love this one. Koya uses one of her favorite beverages, Raspberry Olakino Koa, as the base for this smoothie. This Koa is perfect for hot weather, and is made with 11 fruits and vegetables. If Koa’s not an option for you, feel free to use your favorite berry-flavored juice or even filtered water as your base.
10 Day Smoothie Detox: Day 1
- 8–12 ounces Raspberry Olakino Koa
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups mixed frozen berries
- Handful of parsley and cilantro
- 1 thumb ginger
- Pinch of cayenne
- Pinch of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 drops stevia
- 2 tablespoons Warrior Blend vanilla protein
Start with either a Koa or water base. Throw in some potassium-filled bananas, and frozen berries. Love strawberries? Throw ‘em in. Raspberries or blueberries? Add them too. Next, add your greens. Koya loves cilantro and parsley in this smoothie, although you can use whatever you love. Finish up with ginger, cayenne, turmeric, and cinnamon. For a warm, sweet taste, add a little vanilla and stevia. Blend this baby up, get your blender boogie on, then add protein powder and blend again. Pour, drink, savor, and enjoy this perfect way to start your day.
