"I received the Sunwarrior Active Protein as a trial for my honest opinion. At this point I have finished the entire bottle and feel comfortable stating that I would buy this protein. It mixes well even without the use of a blender, it doesn't clump or leave powder stuck to the sides of the bottle. I took it both post workouts and as a meal replacement because it was so convenient to carry without the need of a blender. There are 2 main reasons I scored it so high and that would be the botanical blend with tart cherry which I feel has helped me and the fact that it doesn't leave a chalky taste like so many other plant proteins."

It seemed to not cause any bloating, which is a bonus for those with sensitive stomachs or digestive issues and that I have experiences with other brands. "I’ve been using the chocolate flavored Sunwarrior Protein + Creatine consistently for the past 14 days during my weight training sessions at Gold’s Gym, and I’ve honestly been really impressed with it overall. I usually take it post-workout after heavier lifting days and a few times as a quick meal replacement when I was on the go. Taste-wise, the chocolate flavor is one of the better plant-based proteins I’ve tried. It has a smooth chocolate taste without being overly sweet, and the monk fruit sweetener gives it a more natural sweetness compared to a lot of other powders. The oat milk powder also gives it a creamier texture that makes it feel more like an actual shake instead of a chalky protein drink. Mixability was solid too. In a shaker bottle it mixed surprisingly well with minimal clumping, which is important for me since I’m usually drinking it right after workouts at the gym. In a blender it gets even smoother and almost milkshake-like. Texture stayed light overall and never felt overly thick or heavy after training. One thing I noticed throughout the two weeks was how easy it was on my stomach. Some plant proteins can leave me feeling bloated or overly full, but this one digested really comfortably even after intense workouts. I also liked having the creatine already included because it simplified my routine instead of having to carry multiple supplements around. Recovery support felt consistent during the trial period. Between weight training sessions, I felt like I was recovering well and staying on track with my workouts without feeling rundown.
