Tropical Smoothie Splash
  • 2 scoops Sunwarrior Warrior Blend vanilla protein
  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • Optional for topping: ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!


Blueberry Brain Boost
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 10 ounces coconut or almond milk
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Warrior Blend vanilla protein
  • 1 tbs sunflower or chia seeds
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 banana
  • ½ acai juice
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbs coconut oil

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!


Cinnamon Apple Muffins
  • 1 ¾ cups rolled oats divided
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Warrior Blend protein
  • 2 large apples cored
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Use coconut oil to grease muffin pan
  3. Add 3/4 cup of the oats to food processor, and process until you have a fine flour (approximately one minute) Set flour aside.
  4. Add apples (including peels) to food processor and process for approximately 15 seconds.
  5. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Spoon mixture into muffin pan and bake for approximately 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Family Breakfast Vanilla Pancakes
  • 2 scoops Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Vanilla protein
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 vegan egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fruit (I use either apples or blueberries)
  • About 1 cup of water
  1. Combine all of the dry ingredients into a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl mix together the egg replacement and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the egg/replacement and vanilla mixture to the dry ingredients and stir. (It will be very thick, don't try to mix it completely there won’t be enough liquid.)
  4. SLOWLY add the water until you reach the desired consistency.
  5. Once you've added enough water add in your fruit.
  6. Place a griddle or pan on medium to low heat, spray with non-stick cooking spray, and pour batter.
  7. Once cooked, serve with syrup, or any topping you like, I used agave nectar.
  8. Enjoy!
