No Bake (RAW) Chocolate Protein Powerball

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 10 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1 ½ scoops chocolate Sunwarrior Classic Plus protein
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin organic coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor, blend the dates, raisins, oats, cacao powder, Sunwarrior protein powder, and coconut oil. This creates the batter for the recipe. Roll the batter into 14 small balls using your hands. Coat balls with chia seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon. It is easiest to roll the batter into balls then place the ball into a small bowl with toppings. Roll the ball around to ensure it is completely covered.

Next, place the balls in a container and place in the fridge. Let firm up for 30–60 minutes and enjoy!
