July fourth is almost here and we are celebrating America’s Independence Day with something cold, sweet, and healthy. Yep. Healthy. It is no real surprise that the strawberry is shaped like your heart as the benefits the strawberry offers your heart are numerous with the fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins your body needs. July Fun Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup nut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior vanilla protein

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients into your blender. Blend away until creamy. Pour in bowl. Garnish with fruit, seeds, nuts, or your favorite natural goodies. Eat with a big ol’ spoon! Napkins are optional.
