Today, she’s covering your chai latte cravings with an overnight oat recipe, your morning superstar. Since Talia is crazy about overnight oats and crazy about chai lattes, she figured the combination would make the most perfect breakfast imaginable. She was right.
If you don’t already know, overnight oats are a healthy, easy, filling, digestible breakfast that makes itself. All you have to do is throw the ingredients into a jar, cup, or mug and pop it in the fridge for the night. They’ll be waiting for you to make up for that annoying alarm ruining your dreams. Let’s go make some already.

Chai Latte Overnight Oats


  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Sunwarrior Warrior Blend vanilla protein
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 cup almond milk

In a jar, dump in half a cup of rolled oats, two tablespoons of chia seeds, two tablespoons of Sunwarrior vanilla protein, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, a quarter teaspoon of allspice, a quarter teaspoon of cardamom, a quarter teaspoon of ginger, half a tablespoon of coconut sugar, and one cup of almond milk. Mix it up. Pop it in the fridge. And then go enjoy your beauty sleep. When you wake up, it is a simple grab and go meal. Sorry about the Morning Superstar song that will be in your head for a while. Talia doesn’t really feel bad though.
