Supreme Vegan Nachos

You requested it and celebrity vegan chef Jason Wrobel delivered with a recipe for mouth-watering, meatless nachos. To make the “meat,” begin by adding walnut pieces to a food processor. Add in coriander seed, cumin, coconut aminos, and black pepper. Give that a go in the processor until it’s a good beefy texture (make sure not to over-process).

Next, warm up some vegan cheese over the stove. And now you’re ready to build your nachos. Layer tortilla chips with cheese sauce, black beans, roma tomatoes, and the walnut “meat.” Next add salsa, guacamole, and any other favorite nacho toppings.

Now it’s time to dunk and enjoy. Next time the big game’s on or you’re spending time with friends and family, give this amazingly tasty recipe a try. These nachos are sure to please just about anyone!
