These bars are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, magnesium, fiber, iron, and protein, making them a nutritional powerhouse. Begin by adding to your processor walnuts (which are amazing for the brain), pumpkin seeds, flax seed (to help keep you regular), hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds. Next add vanilla Sunwarrior protein, raisins, and dried coconut. Process. Add medjool dates (used as a sweetener and a binder) and coconut oil, then process again.

You should have a dense, sticky texture, but if it is still dry, add more coconut oil, and blend again. After you have the right consistency, press into a pan and pop them in the freezer. For extra yumminess, make a chocolate sauce by combining cacao powder, coconut oil, and stevia, and drizzle on top of the bars. Cut into squares and enjoy this raw, vegan protein treat.
