Raw Vegan Mango Kiwi Pudding

Begin by cracking open one coconut and adding the water to your blender. Add 1 ½ mangoes, two large kiwis, and some fresh squeezed lime juice. For a little extra kick, add a bit of habanero. Finish up by adding arrowroot (as a thickening agent), ground vanilla bean, and vanilla Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Protein. Blend until smooth.

This delicious pudding can be eaten immediately, but for a little more enjoyment, refrigerate for 1–2 hours. The perfect blend of sweet and tart, this mango kiwi pudding is sure to satisfy your cravings.

Superfood Mango Kiwi pudding

Ingredients:

  • Water of 1 young Thai coconut
  • 1½ mangoes, diced
  • 2 large kiwis, halved (and skin removed)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ habanera pepper
  • 1 teaspoon arrowroot powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground vanilla bean
  • ½ scoop Sunwarrior Warrior Blend vanilla

Method:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy. Chill in fridge for two hours to thicken up.
