Raw Vegan Dessert Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

Peaches

  • 2–3 white peaches, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut palm nectar
  • 1½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Crust

  • 1 cup crushed pecans
  • 1 teaspoon ground vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sunwarrior Sea Salt
  • 7 medjool dates
  • Add ½ scoop Warrior Blend vanilla protein powder

Directions:

Begin by prepping the peaches. Slice them up real thin and drizzle them with some coconut nectar, sprinkle in cinnamon, and mix it all up.

Next, it’s time for the crust. Add to a food processor pecans, vanilla, and salt. Start up the processor and gradually add Medjool dates until it’s the consistency of dough. For extra protein, toss in a little vanilla Warrior Blend.

To fancily assemble your creation, as we like our desserts classy here, grab a ring mold. Press your crust mix into the bottom of the mold, place your peaches, and sprinkle more crust mix on top. Remove the mold and, BAM, there you have it: a simple, raw peach cobbler that your stomach will quickly thank you for.
