Quick and Easy Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges

Quick and Easy Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot red
  • pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Sunwarrior Ancient Sea Salt
  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425° F. While it’s warming, stir together spices and salt and set aside.

Slice your potatoes into wedges about an inch thick. Add potatoes, olive oil, and spices to a bowl and toss until potatoes are covered. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and place the wedges on it with space around each one. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven, flip the potato wedges, and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
