Pumpkin hummus is the ultimate crowd-pleasing meal. Going to a Friendsgiving potluck? Bring the pumpkin hummus! Hosting actual Thanksgiving? Start the feast by putting out this pumpkin hummus! Feel guilty about doing online holiday shopping while you’re supposed to be working? Bring this pumpkin hummus to share with your coworkers. Guilt be gone! (Also, hummus be gone, too! Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Sunwarrior Sea Salt
  • 3-5 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and process till smooth and perfect!!
  2. Serve with pita chips or your favorite dippers & enjoy!
