Peaches & Cream Protein French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Clear Protein Refresh, peach mango flavor
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ripe peach, sliced thinly
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt or your favorite dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegan butter for cooking
  • Optional: maple syrup, powdered sugar, and fresh mint for topping

Directions

Make the Chia Egg
In a small bowl, mix the chia seed and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes a thick, gel-like consistency.

Prepare the Batter
In a shallow dish, whisk together the almond milk, chia egg, Clear Protein Refresh, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
