Peach Pie Protein Energy Bites
Ingredients
- Dried peaches (not freeze dried but the kind that are moist)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup pecans
- 1–2 scoops Sunwarrior Active Energy Peachy Mango
- 1–2 scoops Sunwarrior Active Protein Vanilla
- ¼ cup nut butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1–4 tablespoons water
Directions
- Prepare a sealable, airtight with parchment paper
- In a food processor, pulse pecans until they are ground
- Add all the remaining ingredients except the water all ingredients to the food processor. Blend until you have a sticky dough. Scrape down the sides as needed. Add water as needed
- While hands are damp, roll into bite-size balls and place balls on parchment paper. Store in fridge or freezer
- Enjoy!
