  1. Prepare a sealable, airtight with parchment paper
  2. In a food processor, pulse pecans until they are ground
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients except the water all ingredients to the food processor. Blend until you have a sticky dough. Scrape down the sides as needed. Add water as needed
  4. While hands are damp, roll into bite-size balls and place balls on parchment paper. Store in fridge or freezer
  5. Enjoy!
