Energy bars are an amazing way to get some quick energy, loads of nutrition, healthy calories, and above all they can be made within a few minutes and with any combination of nuts, seeds, and fruits of your choice. Two of my favorite energy bar recipes are Macadamia Coconut Crunch and Cashew Chia Bars.
