High Fiber Oatmeal Breakfast
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Prebiotic Fiber
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ½ tablespoons Sunwarrior Chia Seeds
- 1 banana sliced
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
Directions
In a medium-sized pot, bring water to a boil. Stir in oats, Prebiotic fiber, cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of the chia seeds, leaving the other ½ tablespoon for topping. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
Slice banana and strawberries. Top the oatmeal with fruit and chia seeds and enjoy some healthy regularity!
