Citrus Lemon Pre-Workout for Her Protein Bites

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 soaked dates
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup Sunwarrior Active Protein, vanilla
  • 2 scoops Sunwarrior Pre-Workout For Her, Citrus Sunrise
  • 1 cup raw oats
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

Directions:

  1. Add nut butter, tahini, dates, and maple syrup to a bowl or food processor and blend until smooth. Add sesame seeds, lemon zest, protein powder, Pre-Workout for Her, coconut, and oats, and blend until mixture becomes like dough. Scrape down sides of food processor as needed.
  2. You canroll them in coconuts or roll them in more protein powder for a bigger protein boost. 
  3. Eat 30 minutes before you work out.

Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
