Whether you are looking for a 4th of July dessert – or a festive breakfast, and even a year-round snack, this chocolate berry seed pudding will be a crowd pleaser! Vegan, Gluten Free, Paleo, and Low Sugar, this is a protein and fiber superfood-packed pudding.
Chocolate-Berry Seed Pudding
Servings: 1 (multiply recipe for desired number of servings)
Ingredients
- ¼ cup plant-based yogurt
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon Sunwarrior organic Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 Scoop Sunwarrior Lean Superfood Shake
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon black seed oil
- Fresh berries of choice to mix in and use for toppings
Directions
- In a bowl or glass, combine yogurt of choice with black seed oil, Sunwarrior organic Chia Seeds, flaxseeds, and hemp seeds. Then, stir in Sunwarrior Lean Superfood Shake and add the almond milk. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Place in refrigerator for at least one hour, or overnight if making in advance.
- Remove from the refrigerator, then stir again to mix up the pudding. Mix in some of your berries and then top with strawberries, blueberries, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and any other fruits, nuts, seeds, or superfoods on hand. Enjoy!
