Birthday cake for breakfast? We say yes! Sunwarrior is celebrating a birthday! And we want you to come to our party and celebrate with us. With that in mind, we’ve created this delicious birthday cake smoothie recipe because we believe you can have your cake and drink it too!
Birthday Cake Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 scoops Sunwarrior Superfood Protein vanilla birthday cake
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1/4 cup Sunwarrior Coconut Milk powder
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Handful of ice
Toppings
- Dairy-free whipped cream
- Vegan sprinkles
- Vegan spray can whip cream
Directions
Blend all ingredients together (except the toppings). Place a bit of almond butter on a different plate. On a different plate, spread a thin layer of sprinkles. Roll the rims of two smoothie glasses in the almond butter and then dip it in the sprinkles so that the lip of the rim is covered in sprinkles. Pour smoothie mix into glasses. Spray vegan whipped cream over the top and sprinkle with more toppings.
