Berry Blast Vegan Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Super Reds powder
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Collagen Building Protein Peptides, Vanilla
- ¼ cup ground chia seeds
- ¼ cup dried cranberries or goji berries (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1–3 tablespoons plant milk (as needed, for texture)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, Super Reds powder, Collagen Builder, chia seed, and salt. Add almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
