Berry Blast Vegan Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Super Reds powder
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Collagen Building Protein Peptides, Vanilla
  • ¼ cup ground chia seeds
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries or goji berries (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1–3 tablespoons plant milk (as needed, for texture)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, Super Reds powder, Collagen Builder, chia seed, and salt. Add almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  2. If the mixture feels dry, add plant milk one tablespoon at a time until it holds together.
  3. Fold in dried cranberries or goji berries if using.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray or plate.
  5. Roll the balls in a small plate of the reds powder to coat them if desired
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week — if they last that long!
