Ingredients
- 1 cup thinly sliced or chopped apple (color of your choice!)
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats

- ¼ cup almond butter
- ½–1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A sprinkle of nutmeg
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions
- First, process only your Medjool dates in your food processor. (This will turn them into a yummy date paste!)
- Then, add the rest of your ingredients and process them until you turn the ingredients into a sand-like texture.
- Use a spoon or tablespoon measurement to scoop out some "sand" and roll it into balls!
- Store them covered in the fridge :-)
