A Stir Fry that is Stirred, Not Fried

This dish is a great substitute for stir frying. It is gluten free for those who are gluten sensitive or are just choosing to be gluten free. The ingredients are all raw, though if you’re fine with cooking, you can steam some of the veggies. If you want to make something delicious quickly and with few dishes, this is the recipe is for you!

Raw Vegan Seaweed Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of kelp noodles
  • ½ cup of sea vegetables
  • ¼ carrots
  • ¼ cucumbers
  • 1 cup broccoli (steamed optional)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove (soaked in olive oil optional), minced
  • 2–3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Soak kelp noodles and sea vegetables for 15 minutes, rinse and place in a bowl. Chop all vegetables and add to the noodles. Add oil, garlic, and salt to taste. Top with hemp seeds.
