Overnight Oats

Soaking! It makes breakfast a smooth transition to your day. And these overnight oats are just what breakfast has been asking for.

One of my favorite things about eating raw vegan food is its texture. It’s soft, easily digested, tastes great, and absolutely nutritious. Having your breakfast ready even before you are up is a gift. Hence, the art of soaking.

Having your grains, nuts, and seeds soaked overnight is not just convenience, but helps to remove the chemicals and harsh starchy layer around it and changes the chemical composition by giving it more of a protein content than a starchy carbohydrate load. Here are some recipes to get you excited for breakfast and will make you love soaking even more!
