Homemade Hemp Seed Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or coconut nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla-bean powder or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • To give it a boost of protein add 1 tablespoon Sunwarrior Classic protein

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for at least 1 minute.
