Fresh squeezed orange juice is one of the richest sources of vitamin C and is chock-full of minerals like magnesium and potassium. Orange juice is also very low in fat and contains no cholesterol. It can help reduce inflammation, balance blood pressure, lower bad cholesterol, and even provide skin benefits.
Spinach is a dark leafy green superfood that’s loaded with tons of nutrients in a low calorie package. Spinach has been shown to improve glucose control in diabetics, lower the risk of cancer, lower blood pressure, improve bone health, and lower the risk of developing asthma. Spinach is high in fiber and water content, which helps with regularity. It is high in vitamin C, which provides structure to skin and hair.

Orange Green Julius Smoothie Recipe
- 2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
- Hand full of spinach
- 2 bananas
- 1 scoop Warrior Blend vanilla protein
- ?1 tablespoon vanilla extract or ½ vanilla bean
- Pour orange juice into the blender
- Add organic spinach and bananas.
- Add a scoop of Warrior Blend protein powder
- Add some vanilla extract or vanilla bean.
- ?Blend, boogie, pour, drink, and enjoy.
