Before you grab your morning coffee or tea after you wake up, chug a couple glasses of water with lemon to hydrate your system. Then make this healthy hydration drink. Who needs GMO processed sports drink that claims to rehydrate you when it makes you feel actually worse. - 1 cucumber
- 1 stalk of celery
- 2 kale leaves
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 apple
- 1-inch piece of ginger to taste (more if you like an extra kick)
- ¼ of a lemon peeled
Take all ingredients, wash thoroughly, and put through a juicer. Pour into a glass. Enjoy immediately!
Drink this for a few mornings, and you will be back to your old self or should I say and even better self.
