It’s certainly not as cost-effective as using a powder out of a tub, but I find the powders sometimes can be difficult to thoroughly break apart and become unnoticeable without a blender. So on days where I don’t feel like breaking out the blender, I use these and feel good about keeping up with my daily dose."
