Vegan Tahini Brownies

Fudgey, dense, and decadent brownies, who doesn’t love them! It’s basically what dreams are made of, aren’t they? Let us show you how to make vegan tahini brownies right!

Some people are cake type brownie lovers, but personally, I love dense ones. But brownies are typically made with an abundance of unhealthy ingredients such as flour, refined sugar, and oil. So I came up with a recipe that is healthier and even tastier! The eggs are substituted with flax eggs. Whenever I give my friends these brownies to eat, they are shocked that they are vegan and actually taste delicious. Without failure, this recipe is always requested, which means I make triple batches for everyone!

I started to incorporate tahini into my everyday cooking. I became addicted to this stuff after purchasing a tahini nut butter. I tested it out in baking and cooking and found that it was a great substitute in salad dressings or in cakes. Tahini has a rich and velvety texture that adds so much flavor to any dish you are eating, plus it adds an endless amount of nutrients.

Tahini is one of those amazing superfoods that boosts health benefits such as being high in healthy fats and amino acids. It also has a high amount of vitamins and minerals that our bodies need for great metabolic and bone health. Tahini is made of sesame seeds which are great to balance hormonal levels in our bodies. Plus tahini can help us look radiant and fresh due to its skin health. All of this from one brownie, I’m in!

This brownie wouldn't be complete without adding some Sunwarrior protein powder to help our muscles regenerate and give us the extra bit of nutrients we may be lacking during a day. I added Sunwarrior chocolate protein, but you can always opt to use the Warrior Blend Organic unflavored one as well since the natural ends up being neutral. Second helpings for this brownie?
