Jason Wrobel, aka J-Wro, vegan chef and host of the Cooking Channel's "How to Live to 100" show, recreates his favorite salad: the Caesar—vegan style. Vegan versions of the Caesar salad can be hard to find, so make it at home without worry. You simply need a good blender and a few minutes to make the dressing you know and love. These ingredients will come together to make a creamy, savory, delicious Caesar dressing that rivals anything you'll find in the fanciest restaurant. Drizzle over lettuce or your favorite salad and top it with hemp seeds, capers, and vegan parmesan for even more flavor. That's the J-Wro way—bringing you vibrant vegan recipes you can rock out in your kitchen at home for a healthier, happier, and more satisfied life.
