Super Triset of Oblique Exercises

Fitness expert and trainer Tim McComsey takes us through a super triset of oblique exercises, so you’ll be ready to take your six-pack out on the town for summer.

Start out on your side in a side plank position. You’ll do 12 to 15 up and down reps. Keep your stomach tight through all these exercises to get the most out of them and prevent injury. Don’t forget to do your other side before moving into the next exercise. Take no breaks!

Lie down and move into a side crunch. You’ll want a good “V” shape going on. Once again, you’ll do 12 to 15 reps on each side. Finally end your set with a 60 rep bicycle. You’ll make those obliques pop in no time.
