1) Prepare, prepare, prepare!

Yes, believe it or not, you do need to prepare to do a cleanse. Here is how!

Ensure you have herbal teas on hand.

Scale back social engagements, so you are less likely to be tempted.

Let your friends and family know you are going to do a cleanse so you can have added support; it really helps.

2) Cut back on caffeine, alcohol, and smoking
