Grab a couple dumbbells and lean face down on an incline bench. Keeping your shoulders back, start with those dumbbells in front and then slowly bring them out to your sides. Hold them there for a second before bringing them back down. Continue doing 10–15 reps, making sure to keep the shoulders back and chest high. Your posture will be happy you did.
