Begin by performing 20 two-arm slams. Drop the ropes and then, with your toes to the rope, quickly hop over and back 40 times. Then, standing parallel to the rope, jump sideways and back over the rope 40 times. Rest for one minute before repeating the exercise twice more. Your heart rate will be going crazy and those calories will disappear.
