Leigh was born in the state of Mississippi and raised in Texas, but currently lives in Florida where she has planted solid roots. She has always been passionate about health and fitness. It is in her blood and her genes, her father serving as an example early on. Fitness is now a way of life for Leigh and maintaining her weight and physique are an important part of that lifestyle.

Leigh has been featured in magazines such as Oxygen, Planet Muscle, Me, and Muscular Development. Leigh is an accomplished writer and blogger. She has written and published two books on weight loss and fitness, “Logistics of Leanness” and “Logistics of Leanness Defined”. In these books she shares some of her secrets to success in achieving desired weight loss, maintaining physique, and using the power of the mind to guide, promote, and attract health.
