Pomegranate Orange Chia Smoothie

Servings 1–2Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ pomegranates
  • 2 medium-size oranges
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
Directions:First, the easiest way to deal with a pomegranate is to cut it into four sections. Then use your hands to peel away the white skin inside and put all of the seeds into a blender. Peel the oranges and add it to the blender. Then blend for 1 minute for the juice to become smooth (the pomegranate seeds add just a bit of a crunch). Then add chia seeds and blend once more for the chia seeds to become smooth. The chia seeds helps add a slight thickness to the smoothie. Make this smoothie your own! Whether that is adding more pomegranate seeds or more oranges, either way it will be delicious, so experiment with it and have fun!chia_picDrink up and enjoy!
