Many of us are uncertain what intuition is, what it feels like, how we should use it, or how to cultivate it in our lives to create a powerful and lasting connection between mind, body, and spirit. In our modern day, we are so inundated with information from every angle. Books, television, radio, videos, the internet all tell us what we should do, what we should eat, and how we should live. This means we’re constantly going outside ourselves for answers and solutions to our many questions and problems as opposed to turning inward where many, if not all, of the most important answers actually lie.

She can provide them with the tools they need on how to eat, what to eat, how to train, and what meditations to focus on, but ultimately she wants them to get to a point where they’re able to trust their own capabilities and intuition. That is the goal. No one knows your body better than you. Listen to the messages your body gives you and learn to create that beautiful coordination of mind, body, and spirit. How can we do this?

One method Zain uses with her clients is the number system. Hold a choice, say a piece of fruit, and give that fruit a number between 1 and 10. Just choose the first number that comes to mind. If the number is high enough, that is your choice. Once you get used to employing this system, you can use it for other choices, like exercise routines and other aspects of your life. This helps you trust your instincts, resist asking your smart phone for guidance, and tap into your intuition. Meditation will also help and Zain is happy to share more with you on your path to unlocking your intuition.
