Having a healthy body is great. Vanity aside, maintaining a good fitness routine (yoga, running, rock climbing, and so on) is not just a way to build your physical strength, but prevents disease and boosts your self-confidence. Having a healthy physique is linked to your gut and mind. Leading a high quality, disease-free, and pain-free life can lead to a healthy and free mind. Stay active. Stay strong inside out.
“Once a year, travel to a place you have never been before.” Traveling is not a luxury; it’s an experience. It’s your personal adventure which can open your mind and expand your opportunities and views. The most beautiful part comes when experiencing different cultures, meeting people from different parts of the world, and, above all, allowing yourself to evolve. It can be expensive, but there are always ways to at least visit the closest city to you. Allow yourself this experience, and watch your happiness grow.
