Cranberry Immunity Smoothie
- 1 scoop Warrior Blend Vanilla Protein
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 organic, whole lemon (if you have a powerful Blendtec or Vitamix that blends things nice and smooth and the lemon is organic, then keep the skin on...it is super high in antioxidants)
- 1 cup organic cucumber, skin on (if not organic, peel skin)
- 2 cups coconut almond milk (http://www.gracevanberkum.com/gracious-living-coconut-almond-milk/)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 drop blood orange essential oil from Living Libations (not all essential oils are safe for consumption. Living Libations is edible.
- 1 cup coconut water ice (freeze your coconut water into ice cubes)
Optional superfood additions:
- 1/2 teaspoon camu camu powder
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 smaller chunk of fresh turmeric
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy and enjoy!
