Cranberry Immunity Smoothie


  • 1 scoop Warrior Blend Vanilla Protein
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 organic, whole lemon (if you have a powerful Blendtec or Vitamix that blends things nice and smooth and the lemon is organic, then keep the skin is super high in antioxidants)
  • 1 cup organic cucumber, skin on (if not organic, peel skin)
  • 2 cups coconut almond milk (

  • 1 drop blood orange essential oil from Living Libations (not all essential oils are safe for consumption. Living Libations is edible.
  • 1 cup coconut water ice (freeze your coconut water into ice cubes)

Optional superfood additions:

  • 1/2 teaspoon camu camu powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 smaller chunk of fresh turmeric


Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy and enjoy!
