This smoothie recipe is a great combination of all the essential nutrients and has a great combination of carbohydrates, protein, and fat to keep you satisfied and full longer. In this recipe, we have some yummy, hydrating coconut water packed with electrolytes, potassium, and antibacterial properties, improving your digestive system and keeping you hydrated and alive inside out. Using this as a base, you can add some almonds that are high in protein, vitamin E, vitamin K, and top it off with some Brazil nuts, which are powered with selenium and magnesium and gives you a great aromatic flavor.
To sweeten this up, we add banana and dates that are high in potassium, iron, and natural carbohydrates that quicken muscle recovery and protect your body against free radicals. Follow it up with some Himalayan sea salt which is rich in minerals and works as a great antibacterial and antifungal hero.
Last but not least, you add some avocado to kick up the fat content and a scoop of yummy Sunwarrior vanilla powder that takes up your protein intake a notch.

Coconut and Nut Butter Smoothie
What do you need?
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Classic vanilla protein
- 1 cup coconut water (add more, if needed)
- ¾ cup almonds, soaked and sprouted
- ¾ cup Brazil nuts, soaked
- ½ avocado, ripe
- 1 banana
- 3 to 4 dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
What do you do?
Using a high-speed blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
