Chocolate Dipped Bananas

Prep Time
INGREDIENTS
- 3 bananas, peeled
- 4–5 cups water
- 1–2 cups chocolate for melting
- 1/4–1/2 cup almond milk
*Optional toppings:
- Sprinkles
- Nuts
- Granola
- white chocolate chips
- dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Start by peeling three bananas. Cut those sweet crescent shaped fruits in half. Place them on a skewer in preparation for their dunking.
Away from your halved nanners, boil some water. Lower the heat and set a bowl above the steam. This will become your melting chamber, where the secrets of the universe (aka chocolate) are transformed into a liquid perfect for dipping. Put your chocolate in that warm bowl and add almond milk. Stir until these become one and all the chocolate is melted.
It is now time to upgrade your bananas and introduce them to the joy that comes from the cacao bean. Dip them and rotate them in the molten chocolate until they are fully covered. Roll or sprinkle your creations with sprinkles, nuts, granola, white chocolate chips, or even dark chocolate chips. Your imagination will take you far with your toppings, so choose what makes you happiest inside.
That’s it. It really is that simple to treat yourself to the best things. Enjoy!
