Total Time

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • ½ a lemon, juiced
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1–2 teaspoons agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

Rinse and dry Brussels sprouts. Cut the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut in half if too large. Toss the Brussels sprouts with oil in a large bowl. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts and let sit for a few minutes. You can either turn each Brussels sprout separately or just stir with a wooden spoon. Add garlic and toss again with Brussels sprouts. Let sit to brown again. A minute more or until golden brown.

Remove from pan and season with salt and pepper.

For aioli, add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined. Drizzle over top of Brussels sprouts and serve hot.
