A Back Exercise You can do Outside the Gym

This is a short video this time from our fantastic fitness expert and trainer Tim McComsey. He takes a moment in the middle of his day off at Sunwarrior’s headquarters while hiking and exploring the red cliffs of Zion National Park to show how easy it is to squeeze a workout in just about anywhere and anytime.

We often make excuses as to why we can’t work out, but you can add little things, like pull ups, to your other fun and active things you enjoy. Tim takes an underhand grip on a wooden fence and pulls himself up, using his back and shoulders. Back exercises are sometimes a little hard to do outside a gym, but not impossible with a little creativity.
