You only need yourself and your core for this one, but a mat helps. Only attempt this one if you already know how to do a plank and really stabilize your core. We don't want any injuries here. Get into your normal plank with correct form, no sagging and no buns in the air either. Hold each position, including the simple plank, for 10 to 20 seconds before moving on to the next position. Lift your arm next. Keep your core tight and don't shift your form. Then the next arm. Stay straight. Lift your legs next for 10 to 20 seconds, one after another. Then you can hold a plank to rest or go down to rest. In just one to two minutes you can work your whole body, especially those troublesome abs.
