INGREDIENTS

(Makes 3–4 servings)

Pecan Cinnamon Milk

This combination of pecans and cinnamon will blow your taste buds away!

1 cup soaked pecans

3 cups clean water

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Optional

3 soaked and pitted dates for added natural sweetness and extra fiber

½ teaspoon pure vanilla

Brazil Nut Maca Milk

1 cup soaked brazil nuts

3 cups clean water

1 teaspoon raw maca powder

Optional

1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

3 soaked and pitted dates for added natural sweetness and extra fiber

Cashew Banana Milk

1 cup soaked cashew nuts

3 cups clean water

1 ripe banana

Optional

1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder

1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

3 soaked and pitted dates for added natural sweetness and extra fiber

DIRECTIONS

Prior to adding to recipes or consuming, soak nuts and seeds in clean, filtered water for about an hour. This removes natural components of the nut called “enzyme inhibitors” that hinder digestion and nutrient absorption. If you don’t have time to soak your nuts, rinse them thoroughly. You will notice the brown murky water that accumulates when you soak them; this is all the stuff that impedes digestion. Dispose of soaking liquid and rinse nuts or seeds again. They are now ready to use.

Place all ingredients for one individual nut milk recipe into blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Keeps in refrigerator for three days.
