Low-Fat Vegan Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1–2 scoops Warrior Blend Chocolate Protein (optional)
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1.5 cans of rinsed black beans
  • ¼ cup stevia
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup semi sweet vegan chocolate chips to add to the top of the batter once all batter is placed in the 12 x 12 pan (available at whole foods)

Directions:

For starters, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and combine the ingredients listed below (minus the chocolate chips! You will want to add these to the top of the brownie after placing the batter in your pan). You may grease your pan with coconut oil or olive oil or use a nonstick 12 x 12 pan. When combining the ingredients for the recipe, it is best to use a high speed blender such as a Vitamix for the best results.

Next, after the batter has been blended until smooth in a high speed blender or mixer, place the batter in the pan and bake for 30–35 minutes. After the brownies are finished baking, let them cool for 20 minutes. You may also top with powdered sugar if desired. The final step is to enjoy your guilt free treat!
